NTR R1 SHOCK

Our most popular shock . . and perfect partner for road, street and even some track use.

These shocks are gas monotube and are developed from the full race NTR R3 shock. They offer superior handling, are easy to set up, but don’t have attached the price tag associated with a full race spec unit and rest assured that you can certainly depend on them for year-round road and track use.

The durable high-grade materials and surface finished protect against corrosion whilst significantly reducing weight. Every NTR R1 shock is custom built and sprung for each customer and fully serviceable.

Simple To Use

The NTR R1 shock has one single combined damping adjustment. The adjuster knob affects both rebound and compression simultaneously for simple straightforward setup, making it a more road-biased shock. All shocks also features spring preload and shock length adjustment where possible. It will be supplied pre-set for damping and preload and includes the bearing end spacers and preload pin adjustment tool.

Titanium Finish

Titanium and hard-anodised parts are manufactured to last during prolonged use and will stand up to the harshest of winters.

When placing your order, you will need to provide us with your riding weight including your gear. Every shock is made to order and this information is vital to enable us to configure the optimum spring rate for your shock. If you want to take a pillion too, we will need their riding weight too.

Hydraulic Preload Adjuster

This shock is available with the optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster (HPA) for simple, immediate and accurate adjustments without the need for any tools.

Please note that a hydraulic preload adjuster is recommended as without it the preload cannot be adjusted with a pin spanner whilst the shock is in the bike.

All Nitron shocks are individually hand made to order to each customer's requirements. Lead times are normally 2 to 3 weeks, but at certain times may be longer.
